Mr. will is a client from Holland. For this house, he always communicates with us the details of the house with passion. Although there are great cultural differences and the definition of house style is different. With our joint efforts, after more than a year, Mr. will finally received the goods and is installing the house which from TPA.

With the development of the company, in order to better support our production of the housing, we have equipped an aluminum alloy door and window production line in January 2019. From now on, we can produce all kinds of aluminum window & door by ourselves and do not need to purchase from the other supplier. That will be easier to design any styles for the customized clients' requirements. We have complete machine production equipment, professional engineers, and production workers.

Now we have a steel structure warehouse about 10,000 square meter in Davao,Philippines. We have sent an engineer to guide on site,and our engineer at site working closely with the local installation worker. Regarding to the large project, if needed we can dispatch engineer to guide on site. however, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages( USD$150/day)will be on the buyer`s account. Our engineer responsibility is guiding the worker at site and follow up their installation. If there is any problem, iif he cannot communicate with the workers. He will directly report to us and then find way to solve it.

Wall and Roof: Steel sheet or sandwich panel (insulation material)? Door and Windows: Size and quantity? Sliding door or rolling door, aluminum or PVC windows? Other needs: Gutter, Down Pipe, Skylight Panels, Fan? Mezzanine or not? And usage? Crane: If have, pls tell me the crane span, crane lift height, max lift capacity.
